Here’s a track about the sun for a hot night by a band called This Heat. It’s all very appropriate. As one comment on Last.fm says,
“This song destroys. Destroys destroys destroys. Proto-Sonic Youth, I say. What else was killing like this in 79? Do tell.”
Following my post to WoopWoop: tonight will go down in history as the night I discovered This Heat. Truly, almost everything I like about ‘modern’ music had already happened a couple of years before I was born.
